Return Window and Initiation:

You have 7 days from receiving your order to return full-priced items.

 

To start your return, you'll need to contact us  Be prepared for your return to be approved.

To ensure your return is accepted, items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all tags attached. Be extra careful when trying on clothes, as we won't accept items with makeup marks, stains, or perfume/body odor. Additionally, we are not responsible for return shipping costs and don't provide return labels.

Note that sale items are not eligible for returns.

You'll be responsible for paying to ship your return back to us. We recommend using a tracked service for safe delivery.

 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, therefore if you wish to return your order for any reason, we are happy to issue you with your choice of the below:

- Exchange your item for a different size.

- Get a refund minus a processing fee

- Receive store credit worth 110% of your purchase price (store credit never expires).
